This year Erasmus University Rotterdam celebrates its 21st Lustrum and we are proud to call the 21st Lustrum organization our principal partner. The lustrum theme “Science meets city” fits the Erasmus Consultancy Battle perfectly, considering that the case which the teams will solve during this day is focused on climate adaptation in Rotterdam. All lustrum activities intend to enable meaningful encounters between scientists, inhabitants and organizations of Rotterdam. As stated by the organization of the 21st Lustrum “Erasmus University Rotterdam owes a great deal to the city in which she is rooted: urban life forms a source of inspiration for our research and education. With our research and education, we wish to contribute to the life quality of all of Rotterdam's citizens - and other city dwellers.” We believe this closely aligns with the intentions and objectives of the Erasmus Consultancy Battle.
