Would you like to gain hands-on experience in Dutch and international tax law? If you are available for approximately 15 hours a week alongside your studies, this law assistant position is what you are looking for!

Your role as a law assistant

As a law assistant you immerse yourself in a dynamic blend of know-how activities and hands-on support for our tax practice's daily operations. Your role in know-how will involve staying updated on the latest legal trends, contributing to newsletters, and delivering engaging presentations. You play an additional part in supporting our team by conducting comprehensive literature and case law research, creating presentations and memos, and conducting research for both internal and external publications. You can also fully participate in all of our educational and social programmes, whether practice-specific or firmwide.

Our team of Tax experts excel in M&A transactions, litigation, intra-group reorganisations, finance transactions, and in assisting large multinational companies and banks with their complex tax matters. We provide tailored advice for our clients, across the full gambit of Dutch and international tax law. We frequently negotiate their tax matters with the Dutch Tax Authorities and defend their legal interests in court. We also advise on the tax aspects of innovative financial instruments, stock options and shares plans, and provide advice on the structuring and analysis of investment funds.

  • is meticulous and well organised;
  • has a proactive, flexible and independent attitude;
